FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for smaller events and 2-3 months for larger events to ensure availability of your preferred date and space.
Do you provide catering services?
Yes, we work with several preferred catering partners who can provide a range of options from coffee and snacks to full-service meals. We can also accommodate outside catering with approval.
What AV equipment is available?
Our spaces come equipped with projectors, screens, microphones, and sound systems. Additional equipment can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
Is there parking available?
Yes, both our Wynwood and Downtown locations have parking options nearby. We can provide detailed parking information specific to your event location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard policy requires 14 days notice for cancellations with a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund, and less than 7 days may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to your contract for specific terms.
