#WellnessWednesday at the LAB with Love Life Wellness Center!

The LAB celebrated #WellnessWednesday by welcoming Love Life Wellness Center to give members a taste of their holistic health center.

Love Life Wellness Center is a center that includes almost everything related to holistic health. They offer daily hot Vinyasa yoga classes, health coaching, nutritional counseling, massages and other therapeutic services like, Reiki, cupping, and acupuncture therapy. All of the food served in their café is plant-based, vegan and gluten free. The books in their library and retail store are also useful in creating a more conscious lifestyle.

The products and services offered at Love Life are dedicated to creating a conscious lifestyle and a sense of community space, where ideas can be exchanged freely. With these goals in mind, it was natural welcome LoveLife’s yoga class and healthy food into the LAB’s space.

After an empowering vinyasa yoga class and meditation session in the LAB’s living room, participants enjoyed samples of organic kale salad, chia seed pudding and gingerade from the the Love Life cafe. As an entrepreneur herself, one of the founders of Love Life, recognizes how yoga and meditation helps not only in becoming more mindful, but also more productive at work. While many agree that meditation feels like a waste of time, she recognizes how “meditating is productive.” Creative entrepreneurs, like those at the LAB, can especially benefit from yoga and meditation as a way to refuel their creative juices, and essentially become more effective in creating.

Participants themselves felt invigorated after the session and looked forward to continuing their practice at the Center. It is conveniently located just a few blocks away from the LAB, where members enjoy discounts as part of their membership benefits package.

Love Life also offers new students a one-week unlimited pass and half off the first month, with the purchase of their first class. Check out their website to learn more!
