Donato A. Montanaro Jr.
Don Montanaro is CEO of TradeKing Group, Inc., an innovative online brokerage and wealth management company soon to be joining the Ally Financial (NYSE: ALLY) group of companies. Don is responsible for charting TradeKing’s course and overseeing all principal functions of the business. Don has been at the forefront of online stock trading since its infancy, driving the evolution of the modern brokerage by connecting independent investors’ needs with visionary ideas made possible through breakthrough technology. Before co-founding TradeKing in 2005, Don was founder and president of SureTrade, Inc., an NASD member brokerage firm and a subsidiary of Quick & Reilly and later Fleet Financial. Under Don’s leadership, SureTrade grew to be the eighth largest online brokerage firm worldwide, processing over 50,000 trades daily. Don earned his J.D. from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law and B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Johanna Mikkola is the Co-founder of Wyncode Academy is a leading accelerated learning program in Florida and the first coding school to be licensed by the Florida Department of Education’s Commission for Independent Education. In 9 weeks the program transforms ambitious individuals into computer programmers with business acumen. Launched in May 2014, Wyncode has a 90% job placement rate within 3 months of completing the program with locations in Miami, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale.
Wyncode Academy has passionately set out to build and transform the local communities in which they train by growing the pool of talent needed to build a thriving tech and startup ecosystem. Wyncode has partnered with the Knight Foundation in Miami to provide scholarships to underrepresented individuals in tech through their Future Leaders of Tech program. Wyncode is a founding member of NESTA (New Economy Skills Training Association), a coalition founded by the top 10 code schools in the US committed to transparency and the highest standard of coding education.
Johanna was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in June 2015 at the International Selection Panel in Amman, Jordan joining a prestigious network of over 1000 high impact entrepreneurs around the globe. Johanna is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Babson College and sits on the advisory board of eMerge Americas.
Before launching Wyncode Johanna spent a decade in corporate management with the National Hockey League becoming the highest-ranking female in her department’s history. There she led a team of managers as well as overseeing the business operations of the officiating department.
Johanna holds an honors Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto. In 2007 she represented Canada as a forward at the World Floorball Championships and now sits on the Central Board of the International Floorball Federation working on strategic development of floorball globally.
